Rod commenced employment with Northern Insuring in June 1959. Setting a leadership standard for the firm as Chairman, Rod acts as Chief Financial Officer and continues to handle ten major clients. As a member of the sales team, he specializes in risk management for governmental entities and large business accounts. Rod holds a B.S. in Chemistry from St. Lawrence University as well as the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter. He is actively involved with the community, serving in a leadership role with numerous organizations.

As President of Northern, Deena is responsible for the corporation's future strategic direction as well as continuing to work with key accounts. As part of the Business Insurance Division since 1986, Deena specializes in coverage for manufacturing businesses, contractors, and nonprofit organizations. She is a 1984 cum laude graduate of St. Lawrence University, has successfully maintained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation for over ten years, and in 2010 she also completed the Certified Risk Manager designation. Deena serves as President of the St. Lawrence University Alumni Executive Council, is a member of the board of The Foundation of CVPH Medical Center and Plattsburgh International Airport Master Plan Committee. She is also an advisory board member of Plattsburgh State University, CVPH Medical Center, Mountain Lake PBS, and a past board member of IAAC, Inc (Member Services Division of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York, Inc).

Randy joined the Northern Insuring team in 1990. He has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry and holds the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter. As Vice President, Randy is responsible for marketing commercial insurance, taking an active role in nurturing our excellent relationship with a variety of insurance carriers. As a member of the sales team, he specializes in coverage for public schools. Randy is past president of the Sunrise Rotary Club in Plattsburgh and is currently serving as Vice President of the Plattsburgh College Foundation Board, as well as being a member of the Foundation Finance Committee.
